Fulfilment

Two Ways to Deliver Your Kits

Onboarding is the only one of our three programs that has to settle this up front — the route changes the packaging, the item mix, and what we need from you before production.

Bulk to One Address

One consolidated shipment to your office or a storage location. Your team assembles and hands the kits out.

  • PackagingMaster cartons, kits pre-assembled and labelled per person.
  • Best whenEveryone starts in one place, or HR owns the hand-off.
  • We needOne delivery address, one contact, and your headcount split.
  • FreightOne leg instead of many — the cheaper route per kit.

Individual Shipments

Each kit is packed and labelled on its own, so it can go straight to a new hire’s address — ready to post or hand over on day one.

  • PackagingIndividually boxed and labelled, sealed and ready to send.
  • Best whenNew hires are remote, spread across sites, or starting on different dates.
  • We needA recipient list (name + address) with the artwork approval.
  • Trade-offMore handling per kit than a bulk drop — worth it when there is no office to ship to.

Not sure which route fits? Send us your start dates and locations and we will tell you which one we would use.

Shortcut

Three Ready-to-Order Kits

If you would rather not pick items one by one, start from a tier. We assemble it, brand it, and ship it — swap any component for another product in our range.

Typical Package Composition

What a complete employee welcome kit looks like — branded, kitted, and ready to hand over on day one.

1
Welcome Box

Rigid branded box with a custom insert — the kit arrives assembled, not as loose items in a carton

2
Core Drinkware

Custom vacuum tumbler or drinkware set — the piece new hires keep using long after week one

3
Apparel or Bag

Canvas tote or a branded apparel piece — the layer that makes the kit read as identity, not parcel

4
Desk Essentials

Cork or PU leather notebook with pen, plus one practical desk or tech accessory for week one

Why DICA for Employee Onboarding

The kit lands before the start date — that is the entire point of ordering it.

01
Day-One Timing

We work backwards from your start dates, not from our production calendar. A kit that lands late reads the same as no kit at all — so the first question we ask is your earliest start date.

02
Two Fulfilment Routes

One consolidated shipment to your office, or every kit boxed and labelled on its own and shipped straight to a new hire’s address. The route changes the packaging, not just the freight.

03
MOQ That Fits a Hiring Wave

Minimums run 100–500 pcs typical, product-dependent. Tell us the headcount and the start dates and we will match the run.

04
Factory-Direct Pricing & Sample Approval

No middleman markup — you are sourcing directly from Chinese factories. See and approve a pre-production sample before anything goes into mass production.

Employee Onboarding Kit FAQ

The five questions buyers ask most before placing a first onboarding order.

What is the minimum order for employee welcome kits?

Minimums run 100–500 pcs typical and depend on the product — the kits shown on this page start at 250 pcs. If your hiring volume is below that, tell us the number and we will tell you up front whether it can be produced, rather than after you have planned around it.

How far ahead of the start date should we place the order?

Work backwards from your earliest start date: artwork approval, then a pre-production sample of 5–10 business days, then mass production of 15–25 days after artwork approval. Expedited production is available when the date is tight, but it costs more and removes your margin for artwork changes. Send us the start date first and we will tell you honestly what still fits.

Can each kit ship directly to a new hire’s home address?

Yes. On the individual-shipment route every kit is boxed and labelled on its own, so it can go straight to a new hire’s address and be ready to open on day one. We need a recipient list (name + address) supplied together with the artwork approval. The trade-off is more handling per kit than a bulk drop to one address.

Can new hires choose their own size or item?

Not through an online redemption store — that is a software feature, and we are the manufacturer, not a swag platform. What we do is fix the kit configuration with you, then pack and label it per person. If item or size self-selection is a requirement for your programme, say so up front and we will tell you plainly whether we can support it.

How does pricing work per employee, and how is freight quoted?

Per-head cost follows the item mix — the three ready-to-order kits above sit at three different levels, and a custom mix can be built to a number you name. On freight: we ship from China by sea or air, sea for larger and less time-sensitive runs, air for urgent or smaller shipments. Freight cost and transit time are quoted against your actual destination, volume, and required delivery date, so they are confirmed with the quote rather than estimated here.
